- Compliance with Labor and Employment Laws: Stay up to date with labor and employment laws, ensuring the company's practices align with legal requirements.
- Personnel Management: Oversee personnel matters, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary issues.
- Cultivating Organizational Culture: Play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
- Effective Communication: Ensure that communication within the company flows smoothly and efficiently, fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical skills to assess HR data and develop strategies to improve HR processes and practices.
Kualifikasi
- S1 preferably majoring in psychology, law, management / S2 in HR management
- 3 years experience as a HRD Manager
- Have knowledge labor law
- Have the scope knowledge of human resource management from recruitment to layoffs
- Good knowledge and experience in building corporate culture
- Good communication and analytical skills
