Job Responsibilities:
- Develop management systems, strategies, and performance evaluations for the live broadcast operation team aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage the daily operations and oversee the Live Streaming Department of the company, including devising promotion plans, optimizing live stream strategy based on data, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Lead the live streaming team, recruit and communicate with streamers/hosts, and support their growth by optimizing scripts and schedules.
- Understand the comprehensive operation of hosts regarding products, content, and users, and lead the team to achieve strategic goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with content planners to set sales goals for live broadcasts and corresponding operational plans.
- Coordinate effectively with live broadcast platforms and contribute to the design and construction of live broadcast rooms.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Preferred experience of 1-2 years in live broadcast operations on TikTok/Shopee.
- Familiarity with live stream sales operations and the e-commerce live streaming ecosystem, with the ability to independently plan and organize the live stream department and strong execution skills.
- Understanding of the operation strategies and methods of the live broadcast and short video industry, with personal insights and judgments on the industry.
- Strong writing skills, including copywriting, campaign planning, and live stream script writing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Able to Create and manage live team to 24 hours with good performance
