General Job Description
- Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead Finance AR & Finance AP team (8-10 people)
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of resources for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for financial process optimization and implement best practices.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial tools like Excel, or Google Sheets.
