Consumer Insight Development

  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover user needs, motivations, and behavioral patterns.
  • Conduct persona creation, behavioral segmentation, and opportunity mapping.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources: in-depth interviews, surveys, VOC, community chatter, app reviews, social listening, and product analytics.

End-to-End Research Execution

  • Lead the full research lifecycle: scoping, methodology selection, sampling, facilitation (IDIs, FGD, concept tests), analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to produce defendable research insights.
  • Select cost-effective, high-impact methodologies tailored to Vidio’s product priorities.

Strategic Insight for Product, Content & Monetization

  • Translate consumer behavior into recommendations that influence product features, UX improvements, content strategy, funnel optimization, and pricing/packaging decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Content Strategists, and Marketing teams to align research output with business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights related to subscription behavior, PPV, Virtual Gift, content discovery, and user retention.

Cross-functional Influence & Communication

  • Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across teams by connecting user needs to business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner for product and business teams.

Research Systems & Culture Building

  • Develop standardized research frameworks, templates, and best practices.
  • Strengthen Vidio’s Voice of Customer (VoC) pipeline in collaboration with Product teams.
  • Promote a culture of evidence-based decision making.

Kualifikasi

  • 5–7+ years of experience in consumer research, product research, or market research.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end research across qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience in OTT, media, entertainment, telco, digital consumer products, or subscription-based businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with topics such as subscription funnels, user retention, content consumption behavior, and monetization patterns.
