  • Manage country Marketing program (360 marketing communications plan)
  • Provide Hotel Marketing Support
  • Lead and coordinate any brand marketing projects
  • Assist pre-opening Hotel and provide relevant advises to ensure success
  • Lead Guest Experience strategy to meet KPIs
  • Develop and Lead Guest Experience Culture

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor Degree from Hospitality Management or Bachelor Degree from Marketing Communications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Hotel products
  • Attention to detail
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving
  • Great team player, self-motivated and energetic
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)
