Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Increase sales in the area that is tasked by each distributor
- Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached
- Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target
- Arrange call plan and salesman sales target
- Monitor salesman target achievement
- Participate in monitoring the store's account receivable
- Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent
- Have leadership experience in an organization
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals
- Experience in sales is preferred
- Can join immediately
- Willing to be located geographically within Indonesia
