- Management Trainee program is a challenging program that aims to develop future talented leaders. This program includes on the job training, coaching, discussion, and various assignments; with opportunities to gain valuable experience and knowledge in business process.
- As a Management Trainee (MT) – Informatic Engineering, you will play a crucial part in analyze manufacturing processes, develop and maintain web applications, optimize application performance through data analysis and provide user training and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatic Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in C++, PHP, and Python (experience with Django framework is a plus).
- Solid understanding of database management systems.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
