Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Oversee daily live-operation workflows, delegate tasks to supporting team members, and ensure all responsibilities are executed according to operational standards and timelines.
  • Monitor team performance, identify skill or knowledge gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity, collaboration, and overall live-operation quality.
  • Develop and organize the weekly live streaming schedule, ensuring smooth coordination with hosts and related teams
  • Analyze post-live data, summarize issues encountered during the session, and propose improvements for future broadcasts
  • Conduct research on fashion industry trends as well as TikTok live streaming strategies within the same category
  • Support host training, assist in resolving any issues during the live process, and ensure all equipment and materials needed for the broadcast are prepared beforehand
  • Collaborate across departments to provide feedback, address operational challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain a cheerful, proactive, and positive attitude while supporting the live streaming environment

Kualifikasi

  • Preffered Female
  • Minimum education: Associate Degree D4 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Reputable University 
  • Fluent in english is a must
  • Preferably experienced in live streaming or digital content operations
  • Strong communication skills and high initiative
  • Creative, engaging, and capable of producing appealing live content
  • Ability to build and maintain interaction with the audience
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
