Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders, and for possible use in future case studies or company training

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in management/ business
  • Experience in a management role or similar
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
