- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills
- Collaborate with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations
- Work on projects and assignments under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any field of study
- Fluent in English, with certification (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) preferred
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work well in teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
- Drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
