- Participate in a 9-month Management Trainee Program designed to groom you into an operational leader within the company.
- Demonstrate exceptional aptitude in learning, planning, leading, and executing tasks to qualify for the program.
- Engage in comprehensive training modules to develop a deep understanding of various aspects of the company's operations.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors to gain insights into leadership and management practices.
Kualifikasi
- Expected young candidate not more than 26 years old Graduated with min. GPA 3.00
- Preferably from accounting major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or professional with less than 2 years of experience
- Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork, and achievement
