Management Trainee is designed as a development program to prepare future leaders. This program will run for 2 years, and you will have the opportunity to know about business processes through learning in various departments. You will also have the chance to do improvement projects and collaborate with the experts. Areas for Management Trainee 2023 : 1. Marketing 2. Operation
Kualifikasi
Fresh Graduates, or those with a maximum work experience of 2 years, who :
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.25 (S1) or 3.5 (S2).
- Graduated from Management, Engineering (Machine, Electro, Chemistry, Informatics), Statistics, Economics, and Finance Major.
- Have an internship experience (min. 3 months).
- Have experience in leading teams and actively engage in extracurricular activities or organizations.
- Open-minded, have good learning agility, and have an updated understanding of industry trends.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
You must create a personal profile video (maximum duration : 3 minutes) that contains :
- Introduction of yourself (name, educational background, and activities over the past 3-6 months).
- Your greatest achievement over the last two years (what's your role, and how you achieve it).
- Things you want to develop, and how can Santos Jaya Abadi help you?
- A dream you want to achieve in the next five years.
- Your leadership experience.
- Closing statement.
