Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting & repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including OSHA standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
