Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in conducting the preventive maintenance that consist of : Daily checking to all equipment in accordance to the established schedule, Handling equipment borrowing, Equipment maintenance and repair
- Perform building and supporting facilities maintenance such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and plumbing.
- Ensure all equipments and building supporting facilities is in normal condition and ready to use.
- Responsible in conducting the building facility maintenance according to the established schedule.
- mplement the health and safety system and working area cleanliness (5R).
- Responsible in following up the submitted repair request.
- Responsible for monitoring the in and out flow of warehousing materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a relevant position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience are expected to have hands-on experience in handling systems required for operations, such as electrical systems, generator sets (gen-set), BAS (Building Automation System), CCTV systems, transportation systems, fire fighting systems, HVAC, sound systems, and pumps.
