CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATION VACANCY (LOWONGAN CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMIN)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time, Offline, Bilingual
> Manage physical & digital documents (filing, work file backups, stock count, taxes, etc.)
> Assisting offline & online meetings
> Comprehensive & structured minutes of meeting
> Coordinate & negotiate with client and prospect
> Search, coordinate & negotiate with vendors, suppliers, online media, influencers, bloggers, etc
> Schedule meetings, input into agenda & Gcal
> Routine daily reports & coordinate with team
> Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
Salary IDR 3-5,5 million based on competency & experience +annual bonus based on projects
Kualifikasi
REQUIREMENTS
A. Vocation (Diploma, SMK) or Degrees (S1, S2)
B. Minimum 2 years secretary experience
C. Must commit to a 2 year contract post-probation
D. Proficient in Gsheets, Gdocs, and Gslides
E. Proficient in time management & scheduling
F. Fluent in written and verbal coordination, capable of multitasking (handling several tasks simultaneously) in both Indonesian & English
G. Skilled in creating and using checklists; there will be numerous checklists
