Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage shipments of EV charging station equipment, ensuring smooth customs clearance and timely delivery.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers to minimize delays.
Track inventory to ensure stock levels meet business needs.
Handle import-export documents accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Monitor key logistics metrics like delivery times and inventory efficiency.
Support purchasing and supply chain teams to improve order fulfillment.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import, logistics, or customs (preferably in manufacturing).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficient in English and MS Office.
Knowledge of Indonesian export-import regulations and key documents (PIB, PEB, HS Codes, BL, Invoices, PL, COO).
Able to work efficiently, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Available to start immediately in April 2025.
