Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Our Business Unit, ATW Solar Indonesia, One of leading solar energy provider that utilize and maximize solar energy for smarter society and better environment in Indonesia is looking for Logistic Supervisor who will grow with us through:
- Manage inbound & outbound logistics: including coordinating with customers, outlets, and distributors to track and monitor shipments shipments in order to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logical issues.
- Vendor and Freight Coordination: Partnering with freight forwarders, transportation providers and 3PL vendors to arrange shipments and negotiate transportation rates and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Documentation Management & Compliance: prepare and record documentation regarding logistics, including invoices, packing lists, custom clearance, trade and banking requirements, including Letter of Credit terms.
- Report analysis & improvement: Generate logistics performance reports and analyze areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, export import management, experience in solar panel or renewable energy projects is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the import and export customs process, experience in managing bonded factory compliance and excise management is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills, combine with strong pressure management skill.
- Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Chinese is preferred
