Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Verify incoming goods by matching physical items with supporting documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices.
- Accurately input receiving data into the company system or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform reconciliation between receiving documents, inventory records, and system data.
- Maintain and organize inbound logistics documentation, ensuring all records are complete and properly filed.
- Prepare routine inventory and receiving reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle filing and archiving of logistics documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth inbound operations.
- Monitor data accuracy related to inbound transactions and inventory movements.
- Support stock-taking activities and provide administrative support for logistics operations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Logistics Admin, Warehouse Admin, Inbound Admin, or a related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and basic dashboard creation).
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory processes is an advantage.
