Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle incoming and outgoing shipment paperwork, including order entry, billing, and shipping documentation.
Arrange transport for goods, liaise with carriers, and schedule pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely movement of products.
Track and monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and report discrepancies or shortages to maintain stock accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and logistics inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including shipping details, carrier information, and customer delivery confirmations.
Monitor shipment progress, track orders in transit, and resolve issues related to delays or damaged goods.
Ensure that all logistics activities adhere to company policies, as well as regulatory requirements related to transportation and handling of goods.
Prepare and submit regular reports on shipping performance, inventory levels, and other key logistics metrics to support decision-making.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and document handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics or ERP software is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with carriers, vendors, and team members.
Problem-solving abilities to handle scheduling issues, delays, or discrepancies in inventory.
Basic knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and order processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
