As a Supervisor Livestream you will:
- Manage and monitor daily livestream schedules across online stores to ensure consistent broadcast timing and livestreamer availability.
- Oversee live sessions to ensure proper product presentation, professional conduct, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Track key livestream performance metrics (viewers, engagement, watch time, orders) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Prepare product briefings, key selling points (USPs), and basic scripts to support effective livestream delivery.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and feedback to improve communication skills, selling techniques, and audience interaction.
- Coordinate livestream-exclusive promotions and ensure technical readiness, including equipment setup and broadcast environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing; experience with TikTok Live or Shopee Live, is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of livestream workflows, online selling techniques, and audience engagement.
- Able to monitor live sessions, provide real-time feedback, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Comfortable analyzing basic performance metrics and preparing routine performance reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and coaching skills
- Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industries
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
