As a Live Stream Support Intern, you will:
- Understand the operational system of e-commerce live streaming, including workflows and the use of relevant platforms.
- Create and manage structured live streaming schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily schedule changes and communicate any updates quickly and clearly to relevant parties (Lead, Host, Operator).
- Prepare and manage requesting forms needed to support live streaming operations.
