Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer support or live chat role.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- High level of Empathy & Patience, essential for handling diverse customer interactions with understanding.
- Proficiency in Active Listening to fully grasp customer concerns and provide accurate support.
- Excellent Time Management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously and meet response time targets.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
