Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage the bank’s litigation and dispute resolution strategy, including handling complex cases and developing approaches for favorable outcomes.
- Ensuring all cases are handled properly by the Litigation Team
- Develop long-term plans to address and mitigate potential legal risks in the banking sector.
- Preparing strategy and/or legal action for reporting criminal cases to the police or court.
Kualifikasi
- Have 9 years of experience in litigation (preferably from the banking industry).
- Min. bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian banking laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong track record in litigation strategy, with a history of successfully managing high-stakes legal disputes.
- Proficient in English.
