Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing production flow & timeline from pre- to post-production with the Production PIC
- Supporting budget planning for production
- Assisting with talent coordination, scouting, and scheduling
- Helping with script writing, script alignment with HQ, and content moderation after post-production
- Supporting art and set development
- Assisting with production documents such as copyright letters, talent contracts, studio rental invoices, and other administrative tasks
- Working with the Producer to evaluate production elements like script & concept, talent performance, and video performance data
- Ensuring content production follows company regulations and relevant industry guidelines (e.g., OJK)
- Reporting to the Producer
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- At least 1 year experience as line producer or related position
- Experience assisting with budget and timeline management for production
- Experience supporting crew coordination during production
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Coordination
- Some experience in script writing
- Familiar with the pre- to post-production process
- Experience in content moderation for quality control
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team
- Creative, enthusiastic, intuitive, and deadline-oriented
