Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions
- Oversee compliance with legal and statutory requirements of the company
- Analyze policies, guidelines, and procedures for legal compliance
- Manage agreements and other legal documents database and organize executed versions of contracts
- Analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Manage dispute resolution involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
- Manage and evaluate all regulations and legislations for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation.
- Develop relationships with governments to generate additional business;
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience. Combined exposure of a law
- firm and in-house experience will be a plus
- Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents both in English and Indonesian
- Hence a high proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong legal knowledge of associated legislation, regulations and guidelines, corporate law, and analytical skills.
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in the Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
