Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conducts thorough and timely legal research on various matters (business/commercial related matters and also transactional matters).
Provide business stakeholders with legal and compliance advice across a wide range of subject areas relating to e-commerce, including privacy, intellectual property, platform liability, product liability, advertising, contract and consumer protection laws.
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements with merchants, clients, and service providers.
Organizes and maintains paper and electronic documents and files.
Assists the Company on corporate financing transactions, M&A transactions and various corporate actions.

Kualifikasi

Preferably female, max 27 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university.
Having at least 2 years experience as legal officer, including 1 year experience working as a junior associate/junior lawyer in reputable law firms.
Good communication skills and proficient in English, both written and verbally.
Organized and detail oriented.
Able to work individually with minimal supervision but also a great team player.
