Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle legal review and legal drafting to specific documents, such as Company agreements, assignments, statement letters and any other legal documents
- Analyze, update and follow up to new laws and regulations related with the Company business activity
- Support Corporate Secretary area in handling management meetings of BOD
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- At least 1-3 years working experience as legal staff or relevant. Fresh Graduate with related internship experience are also welcome to apply
- Good command and correspondence in English, both written & verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to multitasking
