Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as agreements, MoUs, and company policies
- Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations (corporate, labor, licensing, etc.)
- Liaise with external legal consultants, notaries, and government institutions
- Monitor and manage company legal documents and permits (e.g., NIB, OSS, BPOM, HAKI, etc.)
- Provide legal advice to internal departments when needed
- Support dispute resolution and handle basic legal investigations
- Maintain and update legal databases and documentation filing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal
- Strong understanding of corporate and business law, labor law, and licensing
- Excellent legal writing and document review skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Familiar with government legal systems (e.g., OSS, DJKI, BPOM) is a plus
