Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as agreements, MoUs, and company policies
Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations (corporate, labor, licensing, etc.)
Liaise with external legal consultants, notaries, and government institutions
Monitor and manage company legal documents and permits (e.g., NIB, OSS, BPOM, HAKI, etc.)
Provide legal advice to internal departments when needed
Support dispute resolution and handle basic legal investigations
Maintain and update legal databases and documentation filing

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
3-5 years of experience in corporate legal
Strong understanding of corporate and business law, labor law, and licensing
Excellent legal writing and document review skills
Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Familiar with government legal systems (e.g., OSS, DJKI, BPOM) is a plus
