Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the tender process, ensuring all legal aspects are addressed.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Providing legal advisory services and opinions on various matters.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting
- Understanding of government tender procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have experience in legal role, preferably in government tendering or corporate legal matters.
