Job Description:

Providing advice and input to all divisions related to business risk mitigation from a legal perspective
Drafting and reviewing various types of agreement or legal matters (such as, nondisclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement and others) relating to financial products and services within the company
Maintain contract database and organize executed versions of contracts
Assisting business team for current and upcoming project, and maintaining legal documents
Coordinating with notaries, external lawyers, and/or governments in relation to general corporate matters
Ensure all legal documentation are clear, updated, and complies with all laws and regulations
Commitment and compliance with information security policies and regulations set by the company in carrying out daily work activities.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:

Possesed Degree of Bachelor of law
Min 1-2 years experience as Legal Staff or related position. Experience in E-Commerce or Warehouse Management is a huge advantage
Having excellent communication, interpersonal a presentation skill
Proven experience in dealing with contract drafting and negotiating
Preferably having advocate license and/or at least have taken PKPA course (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat)
