Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures a company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
- Provide studies, opinions and legal solutions related to problems that arise in company activities, as well as preparation of internal company regulations including policies, standard procedures, procedural memorandums, product manuals and technical instructions.
- Reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with legal requirements
- Conducting research on legal issues and case law in order to provide advice and recommendations
- Familiar and understand regarding company licensing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in law, legal or a related field.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in a legal officer or legal associate role.
- Must be experience in IT company or SA company
- Proven leadership skill with handle the team
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Have a good coordination with the team and other related divisions
