- Mempersiapkan & menjelaskan PPJB (Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli)
- Pelaksanaan Akad Kredit
- Kerjasama Bank
- Koordinasi dengan Bank dan Notaris untuk Pelaksanaan Buy Back Guarantee (BBG)
- Arsip Dokumen (Input Digital Arsip)
- Review Perjanjian
- Pengurusan PBB (Pajak Bumi & Bangunan)
- Membuat database legal & report pekerjaan
- Persiapan Dokumen dll untuk serah terima Fasilitas Umum (Fasum) & Fasisiltas Sosial (Fasos)
Kualifikasi
- Pria ( Usia Max 27 th )
- Pendidikan Min. S1 Jurusan Ilmu Hukum (Sarjana Hukum)
- Berpengalaman Min 1 Tahun dibidang Legal & Permit, diutamakan dari perusahaan property
- Komunikatif dan Interpesonal Baik
- Menguasai Miscrosoft Office
- Memiliki Kemampuan Legal Drafting & Reviewing
