Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and implement corporate governance to ensure business operations comply with applicable laws/regulations.
- Provide input on business legal matters and manage all legal areas in the company, such as procurement, security, safety, insurance, and sustainability issues.
- Review all legal documents.
- Keep up-to-date with external governance developments and legal issues in general.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer in a company.
- Good knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
- Understanding of the OSS system.
- Possess negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Have excellent analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, and commit to achieving good work results.
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta.
