Deskripsi Pekerjaan

handle both internal and external legal concerns.
Drafting and reviewing documents (agreement, formal letter, and corporate documents).
Conducting legal research.
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
To process documents (filling agreement and any other legal paperwork).
handle company permits (OSS, LKPM, Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional, Izin Lingkungan).

Kualifikasi

Possess a Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of the relevant work experience.
Ability to analyze and identify problems in management area, recommend and implement solutions.
Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently, plan work, maintain good interpersonal relations and communications with colleague.
Have knowledge on corporate laws and regulations;
Well organized and pay attention to details;
Has the ability to draft an agreement, evaluate legal aspect and/or situation, able to provide solutions with the aim to protect legal rights of the company;
Has the experience to handle LKPM and company license on OSS system, SIINas (Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional; Izin Lingkungan is a plus)
