Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Inter-Company Cooperation Agreement Management, including Investment Documents, Loan Documents, Term Sheets, Agreements, Convertible Notes and Shareholders’ Documents.
Partnership Agreement Management (Vendors, Warehouses, Partners & etc).
Company Deed & Capital Table (Captable) Management (Establishments & Revisions).
Investors Agreement Review & Management (Fund Raising, Changes of Ownership Documentation and Tracking).
FundRaising & Investors Exit Strategy with regulatory compliance.
Investor & Stakeholders Relations.
Intellectual Property Strategy (Patent, Trademarking & Others).
Review all Agreements, Summarize all agreements and acknowledge then mitigate potential risk and ensure minimum risk for all business operations.
Determine Chain of Approval and Signature for all files.
Monthly Reporting Scheme & Activity Updates.

Kualifikasi

Have experience as Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer or Capital Market lawyer.
Preferable have experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity at least 3 years.
Have experience as Legal Head in a startup that has series C funding.
