Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the Legal team to support the company’s legal and compliance matters, including legal review and contract drafting.
- Establish standard for contract provisions, policies, and procedures in coordination with internal and external teams on contracts and negotiations.
- Provide legal advice and relevant technical guidance on all kinds of legal-related matters.
- Ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all company operations in order to protect the company and its assets from legal liability.
- Conduct legal research, provide legal memos, and update legal databases based on the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Provide counsel, assistance, and support for ethical and legal compliance, as well as support in enforcing compliance across the company.
- Provide insights prior to decision making for any corporate actions.
- Provide legal assistance to People Operations team for employment matters, including employment contract drafting as well as legal and regulatory obligations
- Lead, grow, and nurture the team to ensure professional and personal development.
- Provide support to legal manager in conducting review and updating of Company’s legal documents and ensuring that documents are comply with law and regulations of Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University.
- Solid knowledge of legal procedures.
- A minimum of 6 years of working experience in commercial Legal, preferably in retail, Distribution, e-commerce industry, and/or technology/SAAS company.
- Experienced & have deep understanding in drafting agreement, policies and procedures, workflows and standard operation procedures, especially in legal matters.
- Self-driven with prior experience in leading a team.
- Ability to be scrupulous in reviewing legal documents.
- Able to thrive with minimum supervision.
- Have a critical thinking and strong attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
