TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing five business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT ATW Solar Indonesia, PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT Lintas Samudra Borneo Line (LINSA).
ATW Solar Indonesia is looking for Legal Intern, that will grow with us by:
- Assist in reviewing contracts and other legal documents across the Group of Companies.
- Assist in managing, organizing, and following up on legal documents and related administrative matters.
- Support communication and coordination with internal users across departments regarding legal matters and documentation.
- Assist in conducting legal research and identifying updates to regulations relevant to the Company's business activities.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of legal documentation and correspondence.
- Perform other legal administrative tasks as required by the Legal team.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Law.
- Has basic knowledge and/or experience in reading and understanding legal documents, particularly contracts.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with legal documents accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under time constraints.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and able to work collaboratively with different departments.
