Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and legal issues relevant to the company's business, including fintech, data protection, and corporate matters.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision of the legal team.
- Support the legal team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, and industry regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal memoranda, summaries, and legal opinions for internal use.
- Help maintain legal documentation, contract databases, and corporate records in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory updates and legal developments relevant to the fintech industry and prepare brief summaries when required.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates or Undergraduate law students, preferably in their final year, with a minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00.
- Strong interest in data protection, privacy law, regulatory compliance, and fintech-related legal issues.
- Good legal research, writing, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
