Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing various company contracts and agreements.
  2. Help manage and maintain the company’s contract database and filing systems.
  3. Conduct legal research on regulations relevant to our business and industry.
  4. Support the legal team with external communications and documentation.
  5. Aid in preparing legal documents for HR, such as employment contracts and company policies.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks to support the legal department.

Kualifikasi

  1. Fresh graduates, preferably in Law, must have Surat Keterangan Lulus/SKL or diploma.
  2. Strong interest and familiarity in corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
  3. Good research, writing, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
