- Provide expert legal advice to ensure full compliance with both local and international laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents essential to business operations.
- Support our business units by mitigating risks and advising on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Handle legal disputes, safeguarding the company’s interests in various scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
- Keep abreast of legal developments to maintain compliance and stay ahead in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a significant track record in both law firms and startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues with a strategic and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of local and international legal frameworks relevant to our industry.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
