Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Strategic Legal Support:
- Provide legal counsel on business development strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion.
- Assess and address legal risks associated with new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to business development activities, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to customize contract terms and ensure legal protections are in place.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between legal and business development teams, ensuring seamless communication and integration of legal considerations into business strategies.
- Present legal perspectives and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
Market and Regulatory Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact business development efforts.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on legal and market analysis.
Kualifikasi
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Law
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role with a focus on business development, corporate law, or commercial transactions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of business development principles, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and management.
- Solid grasp of compliance and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and business issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to present legal concepts clearly and persuasively to non-legal professionals and senior management.
