LEGAL :
- Create standardization of agreement format.
- Conduct the agreement review and coordinate with users and related vendors, to follow Business Development.
- Make a Contract database and control the contract period, including control contract signing process.
- Ensure that every agreement is not legally flawed and complies with government regulations
- Analyze and report the new government regulations to Superior and Management.
REGULATORY :
- Continuously update and learn the new government regulations.
- Control the implementation of new government regulations in the Company.
- Review all internal regulations to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Control the implementation of new Regulation that obligated to company
- Continuously update and learn the new government regulation,
Authorities :
- Propose update of Contract content and point, if no longer relate with the business
- Propose SOP for Contract review
- Propose to update the business flow if the regulation is updated
Kualifikasi
- Education: University graduate majoring in Law
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Assistant Manager Level
- Skill: Well understand about Government regulation, Review contract, Analyze government regulation, Reporting Skills, Time Management, Office Application Computer Skill, Multi Task Skill, Well Understand Omnibus Law and its derived rules, well understand about Indonesian law
- Language Skill : Business English
- Characteristic: Attention to detail, Deadline oriented, Can work as independent or as team
