Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understanding product knowledge
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents (including agreements and amendments, etc)
- Providing legal services, including legal advice, legal analysis, and assessment on legal perspectives.
- Assisting the business units on any legal operations and contract matters, including assisting contract negotiations with clients or partners
- Handling day-to-day legal operations
- Attend to litigation matters
- Providing legal support to other divisions
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 3 - 4 years of working experience as an in-house legal or associate at a law firm
- Having a good personality, effective problem-solving, communication ,and interpersonal skills
- Interested in the fintech landscape and transactional aspects in a fast-growing start-up environment
- Strong skills in drafting or reviewing legal documents
- Able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
- Capable of working as a team and independently
- Professional proficiency in English is a must
