Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on business operations, partnerships, and policies.
- Assist in managing corporate legal matters, including licensing and corporate governance.
Notes: This position is 5-month contract
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H. or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law (in-house or law firm).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, especially in e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify legal risks and propose solutions.
- Excellent contract drafting and reviewing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
