Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contract drafting, review, and manage contracts with customers, suppliers, vendors, and employees
- Assist in contract negotiations and risk assessments
- Provide recommendations on legal risks, advantages, and drawbacks of regulatory changes
- Ensure company regulatory compliance with Indonesia laws and legal support
- Maintain and organize due diligence processes and legal documentation
- Draft, manage and maintain legal correspondence and corporate agreements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in corporate legal
- Ability to communicate verbally and written contract in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of dispute resolution and basic litigation support
- Understanding of employment law and HR-related legal matters
- Ability to liaise with external legal consultants, government agencies, and auditors
- Experience with OSS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
