Legal Assistant Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s rights
  • Provide legal advise for legal matters
  • Make sure all the permits and licences are valid, comply with government regulations, and always manage the legal documents
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters
  • Support handling litigation case (if any)
  • Assist Head of Legal on a variety of related legal issues 

Kualifikasi

  • Min. Bachelor's degree of Law
  • Having a minimum  5 year’s experience as Legal Assistant Manager
  • Having a PERADI license (preferably) 
  • Having strong knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in Indonesia
  • Good Knowledge for OSS System and LKPM
  • Strong handling Legal and Permit
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Able to create relation with relevant institutions
