Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Handle a wide range of agreement types including but not limited to Sale & Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Marketing Agency Agreements, and Hotel Management Contracts.
  2. Provide legal advice and interpretation related to contract terms and conditions, especially during negotiation deadlocks or disputes with internal or external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with internal business users and external legal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on contractual terms.
  4. Manage multiple agreements simultaneously and deliver accurate drafts within tight timelines (target: 2–3 agreements/day).
  5. Ensure that all agreements comply with company policies, relevant laws, and regulations, minimizing potential legal risks.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.), with Advocate license (preferred but not mandatory).
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal, with strong exposure to drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in drafting clear, concise, and enforceable agreements across both operational and non-operational scopes.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to confidently engage with business stakeholders and external legal counterparts.
  5. Proven ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and manage up to 2–3 agreements per day.
