Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan filing dan pengarsipan dokumen Legal Affairs maupun dokumen pendukung lainnya
- Menyusun dan menjaga kerapihan penyimpanan dokumen hardcopy maupun softcopy
- Membantu proses entry data dan update database dokumen
- Membantu proses administrasi invoice dan dokumen terkait
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study (undergraduates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan teliti dalam bekerja
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik
- Bersedia mengikuti program magang/intern selama 3 bulan
- Penempatan: Bintaro, South Tangerang
