Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and assist senior legal manager on a wide range of business operations and transactions
- Advise on legal and regulatory compliance issues affecting the organization, including changes in laws or regulations that may impact business operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, and other business-related legal documents to minimize legal risks
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure legal aspects are considered in all major company initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Law
- Have min. 5 years of legal experience, including significant exposure to corporate law, regulatory compliance in particular Ministry of Information and Technology and OJK regulation
- Preferred to have good industry knowledge especially in legal issues specific to the Penyelenggara Sertifikat Elektronik/Certification Authority and financial technology industry
