The Opportunity:
As a Learning Officer, you will be part of the Learning and Development Team that contributes to the development of our workforce and enhances organizational capabilities through effective training initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering effective training programs to ensure the continuous improvement of our training modules
What You Will Do:
- Conduct training sessions for our Fitness Consultant, Customer Service, and Cleaning Service, up to the supervisor level, ensuring that content is delivered effectively and aligns with organizational goals.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training experiences to enhance the learning process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training result reports, including assessments of participant performance and feedback.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries, addressing concerns and providing additional support on training needs.
- Work on training modules, making changes and improvements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Utilize competency matrices to assess trainees and tailor training content to address specific competency gaps.

What We Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Training Facilitator with at least 1 year of sales experience to help deliver practical training methods.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions with multiple methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
